Shipping and deliveries
Couriers:
Illuminadesign.it uses international couriers such as MAIL BOXES ETC.
Delivery time:
Illuminadesign.it undertakes to entrust shipments to couriers within 48 working hours of order confirmation.
Delivery times by couriers are instead:
24-48 business hours for express deliveries
3-5 working days for standard and international deliveries
The order will be shipped when all the products you have ordered are available.
As soon as we entrust the goods to the courier, we will send you another e-mail with shipping information.
Delivery is always intended on the roadside.
Shipping fees:
On the cart page, the “Calculate shipping” section is available through which, after entering the destination city and zip code, it will be possible to calculate the shipping cost.
This cost is determined on the basis of the weight and volume of the items purchased.
Delivery to floor:
We do not deliver to the floor but only to the curb.
Goods acceptance:
At the time of delivery, we suggest that you accept the goods “subject to inspection” by adding the reason for the reserve on the transport document (example: I accept subject to wet parcel, crushed parcel, etc.).
Check that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the courier’s accompanying document and that the product packaging is intact and undamaged.
If the goods are visibly damaged, refuse delivery and inform illuminadesign.it within 48 hours.
By not carrying out one of the aforementioned operations, the courier is relieved of any responsibility for damages that occurred during transport.
